Prices prevailing at the time of postage will apply on all orders and are subject to change without notice. Possession of this price list does not constitute an offer. reserves the right to reject any and all orders.


We gladly accept most major credit and debit cards: Visa, MasterCard, Amex etc.  


Most of our products are currently shipped free of charge within the UK. If you purchase a product which is not subject to free postage and packing, our postage costs are determined by weight and size and's policy is to prepay the computer generated postage cost and add it to your invoice. We add a small amount to cover secure packaging but do not add other additional handling fees. We ship orders as soon as possible and within 2 business days.

We will aim to post in stock orders received by the next working day (i.e. excluding Saturday and Sunday). will do its best to post orders complete in one package but in some cases we may need to post orders in more than one package. 

If we are out of stock on particular items we aim to complete any back orders within four weeks, given it can take stock three weeks for stock to arrive from the US and clear Customs. Rest assured that every reasonable effort will be made to complete your order in a timely fashion.

Customers are responsible for all postage costs (where charged) and applicable surcharges. Title and risk of loss pass to the Customer upon delivery of the products to the carrier. delivery dates are estimates only and is not liable for delays in postal delivery.


We may be able to accept special 'custom' orders with common conditions. All merchandise that is special ordered must be prepaid and no returns will be accepted. Delivery time will be determined by at the time of order. Special order requests must be made in writing to


Paddletek will refund the cost of your purchase within 30 days if you are not fully satisfied with the play and durability of the product.
Paddletek paddles are guaranteed against manufacturer defects in materials and workmanship for as long as you own your paddle. The warranty does not include normal wear and tear, neglect, user modification, fading, or scratched surfaces. Registration is required and is non-transferable. To register your paddle, please visit
Products not included under this policy include those used for demo purposes and items received at no cost.

If a product is found to be defective, will solely, at it’s discretion, provide repair or replacement for the product. Any product, which shows signs of abuse or alteration by anyone other than will invalidate this warranty. 
We keep your data private and do not sell or release it to third parties.


We want you to be fully satisfied with every item that you purchase from  In line with the Consumer Contracts Regulations if you are not satisfied with an item within 14 days of purchase you may return it (at your expense) for a refund or an exchange. Items received without an ROE# on the outside of the package will be refused and returned to the customer.
All postage charges to return or exchange items are at the customer's expense.
Exchanged items will be sent via 'signed for' delivery unless otherwise specified.
SHIPPING DAMAGE CLAIMS ensure that all products are free of damage at the point of postage.  According to the major small package carriers, the moment you sign for your packages, you are accepting packages without damage. Therefore;

DO NOT SIGN FOR DAMAGED PACKAGES - if needed, inspect packages with your carrier present to determine if any items were damaged in transportation. Damage claims can only be made with the carrier at the time of delivery. Damaged packages with damaged goods should be refused by the customer at the time of delivery.

Please inspect each package upon receipt of merchandise, immediately noting any damage. If you reject a damaged package please contact immediately on 07973971386.


If a product fails due to materials or workmanship within 60 days of the purchase date, will, at its discretion, repair or replace the product after it has been returned.
